A never-before-heard live album from Johnny Cash, called Bear’s Sonic Journals: Johnny Cash at the Carousel Ballroom April 24, 1968, will be released this September. Taped in San Francisco just days before Cash recorded his now-iconic At Folsom Prison album, the project will be released by the Owsley Stanley Foundation and Renew Records/BMG.
