Denny C. Osborne, age 85, of Odin formerly of Alma, passed away on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, at Odin Health and Rehab Center.
He was born on March 21, 1941, in Alma, Illinois the son of Clyde and Mary Osborne. On April 17, 1964, Denny married Colleen Sue (Morrow) Osborne. They shared many years of marriage together until her passing.
Denny spent his working years in sewing machine repair and later retired.
He is survived by his sister-in-law, Paulette Bray and husband Junior; along with many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Colleen; a daughter, Linda Osborne; and his mother in-law, Lorene Morrow.
Funeral services for Denny C. Osborne will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 20, 2026, at Crouse Funeral Home in Salem, with Randy VanAusdall officiating. Burial will follow at Martin Cemetery in Alma. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home.
