A traffic stop has led to the arrest of a Salem man for alleged possession of a controlled substance and driving on a suspended license as well as an outstanding Clinton County no bond failure to appear warrant. Garrett Horton of East Bryan was taken to the Marion County Jail to await a court appearance. Police say the traffic stop occurred on West Bryan Street.
Centralia Police arrested 23-year-old Bryan Hartnell of Andrew Drive in Centralia for alleged domestic battery and unlawful possession of firearm ammunition.
Illinois State Police arrested 22-year-old Maucelio Perez-Mandez of Vandalia on an outstanding major traffic warrant. He posted $400 bond and was released.
