An eight by 16 foot storage shed at a Centralia home was engulfed in flames when Centralia City Firefighters arrived on the scene about midnight Tuesday night.
Firefighters say the fire was at the Briana Harden home at 124 North Pine.
Fire had already engulfed the building when a son woke up and saw the fire outside. No other buildings were threatened.
The cause of the fire is believed to be an overheated exhaust fan.
Firemen were on the scene for about 30 minutes. No additional help was called in to help fight the fire.
