Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies have arrested two people on unrelated domestic battery cases.
- 19-year-old Noah Budds of South Woods in Odin was arrested following an alleged altercation at his home on Sunday.
- 26-year-old Isaac Phelps of Adams Avenue in Junction City was arrested after coming to the Marion County Jail for questioning in connection with an alleged domestic battery in January.
Both are scheduled to make their first appearance in Marion County Court later Monday.
A report of a single vehicle crash on I-57 at the 109-mile marker seven miles south of the Salem exit Monday morning turned out to be a vehicle that had run off the shoulder of the road and became stuck. There were no injuries.
