A 40-year-old Odin man is being held in the Marion County Jail on drug charges after Salem Police Canine Freddie alerted on his vehicle during a traffic stop. Ricky McIntosh, Junior was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a narcotic instrument. Police report the traffic stop occurred at 11:22 Sunday night at Main and Franklin Streets.

A 43-year-old man who told jail officials he was homeless was arrested by Central City Police Sunday night on multiple charges. Derek Warden is being held for possession of a controlled substance, resisting arrest, obstructing ID, and on outstanding Clinton and St. Clair County warrants.

29-year-old Cheyenne Linkon of West 17th in Centralia was arrested by Wamac Police on an outstanding Marion County felony warrant and Jefferson and Clinton County misdemeanor warrants. Linkon was also arrested for obstructing justice, possession of drug paraphernalia, as well as bringing contraband into a penal institution. Jail officials say Linkon attempted to bring a piece of pipe into the jail during the booking process.

41-year-old Robert Starr of Ruth Drive in Irvington was arrested by Centralia Police for alleged domestic battery. He was taken to the Marion County Jail.
