Salem issues boil order for area just southwest of downtown

The City of Salem has issued a boil order for the following residents

South Pearl from West McMackin to West Whitaker Street

South Maple from West Church to West Whitaker

South Walnut from US 50 to West Whitaker

West Church from South College to South Walnut.

The area lost water service do to a water main break
