A 30-year-old Centralia man has been sentenced to three years in prison to be followed by four years of mandatory supervised release after pleading guilty in Marion County Court aggravated domestic battery.
Trenton Kirgan of North Cherry admitted to intentionally impeding the breathing of a family member in June. He also admitted to a petition to revoke his probation on a prior conviction for failure to register as a violent offender against youth following an incident in February of this year.
