The Centralia City Council Monday night will consider an amendment to the downtown TIF agreement with Re:purpose Development, LLC.  City Manager Galen Mahle says the change would give the company an increase in reimbursable TIF costs upfront.  The total reimbursable amount for the downtown building projects would remain at $375,000.

The council will be asked to waive bidding and accept a proposal from Diamond Equipment, Inc for a track hoe at a cost of $122,750.  The city is currently leasing the machine with 70-percent of the rental cost going towards eventual purchase of the machine.

The meeting begins at six Monday night at city hall.
