It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Kimberly Marie (Webb) Wolenhaupt, age 62, of Centralia, Illinois, who departed this world on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, surrounded by her loving family.
Born on Thursday, February 27, 1964, the daughter of Stanley E. Webb and Frances R. (Campbell) Webb, in San Diego, California. She married Henry “Mike” Wolenhaupt, and he preceded her in death.
Kim brought warmth and light into the lives of all who knew her. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for 35 years, she dedicated her life to caring for others at various nursing homes throughout her distinguished career. Her compassionate spirit and unwavering dedication made a profound impact on countless lives. Kim’s life was a vibrant tapestry woven with love for her family, passion for food, and a flair for scratching off lottery tickets with hopeful anticipation. She cherished each moment spent with her dear ones, and the laughter they shared will forever echo in their hearts. Kim will be deeply missed and forever remembered for her loving heart, generous spirit, and the indelible mark she left on the world.
Left to cherish her memory are her beloved children, Richard Dodson and his wife Lacie, both of Centralia, and Misty Fear, also of Centralia; her adored granddaughters, Emily Rae Webb and Kennedy Elaine Dodson; her brothers, Steven E. Webb of Dix, Illinois, and Stanley E. Webb of Centralia, Illinois; and her sisters, Lisa L. Wuebbles of Highland, Illinois, Lori L. Roper of Centralia, Illinois, and Stacy E. Webb of Centralia, Illinois. She also leaves behind her nieces and nephews: Meghan Poninski, Kristen Wuebbles, Caleb Chapman, Stephen Webb, and Ayden Webb.
Kim was preceded in death by her loving parents, her husband, her sister: Karen “Bunny” Webb, and her sister-in-law: Stephanie Webb. They have surely welcomed her with open arms to eternal rest.
Per Kim’s wishes, cremation rites will be accorded. A visitation to honor her life will be held on Friday, June 5, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Sutherland-Garnier Funeral Home in Centralia. In lieu of flowers, Kim’s Family requests that everyone bring a lottery ticket, and they will be accepted at the Sutherland-Garnier Funeral Home, located at 235 North Sycamore Street, Centralia, Illinois 62801, which is honored to be of service to Kim’s Family.
