Salem Police arrested a 42-year-old Salem resident a second time for resisting arrest early Saturday night after going to her home to arrest her on a recently issued warrant on an earlier incident of alleged resisting arrest.

Tina Camp of Salem Mobile Home Park was taken to the Marion County Jail on the no bond misdemeanor warrant as well as on the new arrest.

Salem Police report the series of events began last month when they went to Camp’s home on another case and she refused to come out of her home after talking to officers through a window.   After an arrest warrant was issued for resisting arrest in that case, police went back Saturday evening.

This time, Camp allegedly came to the door but refused to come out of her home when told she was under arrest on the outstanding warrant.  Police then entered the home to take Camp into custody.  They report a short altercation followed before she was handcuffed and taken to jail to await a Monday court appearance.
