Centralia City Clerk and Assistant City Manager Kim Enke was honored on her 10th year as a city employee at Monday night’s city council meeting.
“I’d like to thank the council for allowing me to serve in a job I love. The Department Heads I work with, the residents I’ve gotten to know over the years and the business owners, I’m very fortunate.”
Mayor Bryan Kuder noted his appreciation.
“Kim is a very very great asset to the City of Centralia for all she does and all she knows. If she was 75 years old I would be calling her mom as much as she puts me in my place, but congratulations on 10 years.”
Enke was presented a plaque of appreciation. She hopes to continue in the job for the next ten years.
