Alan was the guy who brought people together. He loved cooking for his family, and everyone looked forward to the next “family feed” around the dinner table. Sundays were set apart for family meals, during which Alan would serve his famous potato soup. Holidays will bring back memories of Alan hosting huge family get-togethers, where food, laughter, and lasting memories were shared by all. He appreciated the game of golf, playing to better his game and watching his favorite players on the Masters. Alan was generous, funny, supportive, and kind. His passing leaves his family with saddened hearts, but wonderful memories of a life well-lived.

A celebration of life will be held by his family at a later date.
