Salem Falls To Freeburg
The Salem Lady Wildcats dropped their 2nd game of the week to Freeburg losing at Tully Park 10-0. Kenley Cripps and Alli Patrick pitched for Salem. Katee Sellers, Emily Jones and Alivia Rasul had hits.
OPS Lady Eagles Rally To Beat Webber
Odin/Patoka/Sandoval rallied to beat Webber 12-6. OPS scored 8 runs in the sixth inning to turn the game around. Kallee Johnson drove in 2 runs. Anabelle Garrett, Bella Pearce, Gwen Belcher and Abigail Draper added 2 hits each for the Lady Eagles. Chelsey Haines earned the win allowing 3 hits and 2 earned runs with 9 strikeouts in her complete game.
Tobin Leads Mt Vernon To Win Over Greenville
Mt Vernon knocked off Greenville 5-2. Trailing in the third, the Lady Rams grabbed the lead scoring 3 times in the inning. Danicah Tobin went 3-4 to lead Salem and was the winning pitcher allowing 3 hits and no earned runs in 7 innings. She struck out 6 and walked just 1. Taylor DeSmith, Paige Watson, Arwyn Wilkey, Tobin and Elaina Schulte drove in runs.
Lady Stallions Walk Off On BSE
Christ Our Rock walked off on St Elmo/Brownstown 4-3 when Leah Crompton doubled home the winning run in the bottom of the 7th. Peyton Jett struck out 10 batters in the win. Crompton and Jett had 2 hits each. Bailey Pingsterhaus drove in 2 runs.
