The Salem 11u Wildcats finished up their travel season this past weekend hosting their own tournament at the Little League Complex.

Salem came away with 2nd place falling to the TTown Sandlot in the finals last night 18-10.  Bentley Bryan, Rhett Starnes and Owen Tennyson each doubled with Tennyson and Colton Tockstein driving in 3, 2 RBI from Zane Applegate with Tripp Garden and Starnes adding RBI.

Salem made the title game with a 9-4 win over the Effingham Heaters.  Tennyson doubled and drove in 2.  Tockstein added 3 more RBI with 2 from Applegate and Kai Graham also drove in a run.

In Pool Play, Salem won their game Friday night 11-8 over 618.  Tennyson doubled twice with Applegate and Graham added 2-baggers.  Tennyson had 3 RBI, 2 each from Tockstein and Starnes.  Applegate and Jared Crompton added RBI as well.

Salem then beat the SC Storm Chasers on Saturday 10-8.  Tennyson doubled and drove in 2 with Applegate adding 2 RBI.  Salem also got runs driven in by Tockstein, Tripp Garden and Drew Consolino.
