Kimberly “Kim” Huggins, 47, of Centralia passed away Saturday, August 14, 2021, at her home in Centralia. Kim grew up going to the Central City Baptist Church with her Mom, later attending the Rock Church in Centralia with her friends, and family, and she loved the Lord dearly. She enjoyed listening to Christian music and was always looking for a good book to read. Kim was a great asset to the Kaskaskia Workshop helping in the kitchen and with the laundry. She was above and beyond generous to everyone and would open her home to help others in need. Kim looked for and could see the best in all people and truly accepted everyone. She was so proud to be a Mom and treasured times spent with her sons, going out to eat and making wonderful memories. Kim’s example of loving, giving, and respecting everyone is to be applauded and will never be forgotten.
Irvin Macz Funeral Home in Centralia is privileged to be assisting the family of Kim Huggins with arrangements. A private celebration of life service will be held at Hillcrest Lakeside Chapel with Pastor Steve Upchurch officiating.
