Leslie Griffith, 33, of Richview, passed away Saturday, July 10, 2021 at her home. Leslie graduated from the Centralia High School in 2006. She enjoyed the outdoors. Her children were her world and she loved spending as much time as possible with them, her family, friends and her four legged companion: Sadie.
Funeral Services for Leslie Griffith will be held Thursday, July 15, 2021 at 2:00 PM at the Sutherland-Garnier Funeral Home in Centralia with Brother Claude Howell officiating. Burial will follow at the Richview Cemetery in Richview, Illinois. Visitation will be held Thursday afternoon from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the funeral home. In addition to her husband of 7 years, Miles Griffith of Richview, she is also survived by her three children: Carsen Griffith, Sawyer Griffith and Annistyn Griffith all of Richview; her mother: Terri Beane and significant other Tim Crase of Couch, Missouri; father: Brett Morris and wife Alena of Centralia; grandparents: Bob Morris and wife Donita of Walnut Hill; mother-in-law: Patti Griffith of Foosland, Illinois; father-in-law: Stan Griffith and wife Tina of Odin; siblings: Robbie Beane and wife Carissa of Centralia, Kristen Nunnally and husband Brad of Smithville, Arkansas, J.T. Bayles and wife Jaylin of Couch, Missouri, and several other siblings; brothers-in-law: Christopher Griffith and wife Melissa of Odin and Preston Griffith and significant other Sam of Elliot, Illinois; a sister-in-law: Kelsey Griffith and significant other Rich of Mahomet, Illinois; 36 nieces and nephews; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was born March 4, 1988 in Centralia, the daughter of Terri Beane and Brett Morris. She married Miles Griffith on December 12, 2014 and he survives in Richview. Leslie was preceded in death by her grandparents: Gary and Sandy Beane, Dick and Doris Shroyner, and Patricia Griffith; niece: Kadence Williams, and an aunt: Debbie Brake.
