Varlyn T. Weibley, 62, of Wamac, passed away Thursday, June 24, 2021 in his home surrounded by his family. Varlyn was of the Methodist Faith. He was a mechanic and liked to work on cars. He also liked to watch movies and play games on the computer. He especially liked playing with his grandchildren. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
Per Varlyn Weibley’s wishes, cremation rites will be accorded and no public services will be held. He married Joyce (Hyde) Weibley on August 15, 1980 and she survives in Wamac. In addition to his wife Joyce Weibley, Varlyn is survived by two sons: Samuel Weibley and wife Melinda of Centralia and Brian Weibley of Wamac; one daughter: Kendra Weibley and significant other Ray Warren of Centralia; three brothers: Tony Weibley and wife Susan of Centralia, David Durall and wife Faye of Centralia, and Dennis Durall of Centralia; one sister: Marilyn Owens of Wamac; twelve grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Varlyn was born January 9, 1959 in Centralia, the son of Wilbur Weibley and Dorothy (Reeves) Weibley. Varlyn was preceded in death by his parents: Wilber and Dorothy Weibley; one daughter: Cassie Weibley; one brother: James Durall; and two sisters: Carolyn Skibinski and Sherilyn Kay Starr.
