SC Falls To WSS

South Central fell to Windsor/Stewardson-Strasburg 11-1 Monday. The Hatchets scored four times in the first and added another run in the second to build an early 5-0 lead before pulling away late. WSS collected 11 hits, led by Grayson McCray with three hits. Noah Pruemer and Jakob Gurgel each drove in two runs. For the Cougars, Colton Tockstein went 2-for-2 with an RBI, while Luke Shumate struck out five in 4 1/3 innings on the mound. South Central is back in action Tuesday at Brownstown.
