The Salem volleyball team is in action today at Mt Vernon. Salem is coming off a 2nd place finish at the Vandalia Tournament on Saturday. The Lady Cats won all their pool matches over South Central, Hillsboro and CHBC. They lost to Fairfield in the title match in 3 sets.
South Central finished 5th at Vandalia. SC lost to Salem and Hillsboro with wins over CHBC and North Clay. They are 10-4 overall and will host Windsor/Stew-Stras today.
Breese Central and Mater Dei met at Central High School Saturday afternoon for a Pink Out Game. Over 2000 fans packed Central’s gym for a sellout in an impressive showing by both fan bases.
Woodlawn travels to Christ Our Rock. Centralia hosts Triad.
