Woodlawn cross country ran at the Edwardsville Invite held at SIU-E. In the varsity girl’s race, Zelena Koch was 47th overall. Zaylor Koch was 72nd. In the boy’s race, Camden Hughes finished 118 out of a huge 211 member field.
Mt Vernon boys took 1st at the Highland Invite with 57 points followed by Metro East Lutheran 82, Waterloo and Roxana with 93. Freshman Benson Wright put in one of the best performances by a freshman in program history to help in the win. The Lady Rams were 2nd overall.
