The Fayette County Sheriff’s Department reports a 13-year-old rural Patoka juvenile was transported from the scene of an ATV crash on the 400 block of East 200th Avenue west of the Patoka School early Sunday evening.
The sheriff’s department reports the juvenile ran off the left-hand side of the road, struck a driveway and culvert, before going airborne, coming down sideways, and flipping multiple times within a ditch on the opposite side of the driveway.
The juvenile was transported from the scene by an Air Evac helicopter to a regional medical facility for treatment.
Patoka Fire and Ambulance assisted at the scene.
The crash occurred at 6:56 Sunday night.
