A 37-year-old Centralia woman has been sentenced to six years in prison after pleading guilty to unlawful delivery of methamphetamine.

Samantha Horton of North Sycamore admitted to delivering five to 15 grams of a substance containing meth to a confidential source of the Southeastern Illinois Drug Task force in September of last year.  Three other counts of making deliveries to a confidential source of the task force on other days were dismissed as part of the plea.

Horton will have to complete one-year mandatory release when getting out of prison.  She was given credit for 42 days already served in the Marion County Jail.
