The owner of Greenview Golf Course has announced an agreement in principle to sell the golf course to a new local ownership group.
Steve Whritenour says Greenville will continue to operate business as usual.
Over the next 30–45 days, he anticipates hosting a meeting at the golf course that will be open to members and the general public. At that time, the new ownership group will be introduced and will share their vision and plans for the future of Greenview.
Writenour says they are especially excited that Greenview will remain in the hands of a local ownership group. He is looking forward to a smooth transition and is excited to see the improvements, ideas, and opportunities the new ownership group will bring to Greenview Golf Course.
Writenour says more information will be released as they move closer to the transition. He thanks everyone who has supported Greenview over the years and is excited about the next chapter.
