A 35-year-old Centralia man has been sentenced to three years in prison to be followed by one year of mandatory supervised release after pleading guilty in Marion County Court to an enhanced charge of failure to register as a sex offender due to a prior conviction.
Alan Crain, who is homeless in Centralia, admitted leaving an address in East St. Louis between August 2025 and February of this year without informing Centralia Police on his change of address.
