A 42-year-old Sandoval man has been arrested for aggravated battery after he allegedly struck another man with his vehicle.
Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies say Dustin Atteberry of the 100 block of North Main Street was allegedly involved in an altercation outside his home when the incident occurred around 8:05 Sunday night.
The person who was struck was taken by Sandoval ambulance to SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital in Centralia for treatment. His name has not been released.
Marion County was assisted at the scene by Centralia Police and Central Police.
