A free immunization clinic is planned for Salem students Pre-K to 12th grade on July 28th from ten to three and July 29th from one to six at Hawthorn School.
Salem Grade School Superintendent Dr. Leslie Foppe says the Illinois Department of Public Health with the school nurse to set up the free clinic.
Registration is encouraged, but walk ins are welcome. No ID is required, but parents and guardian consent is required for all children under 18 years of age.
If you have insurance it will be billed, but you will face no co-pays. If you don’t have insurance you will receive a free vaccine, with no bill.
