A 43-year-old Sandoval woman has been sentenced to five years in prison for a Class X felony charge of possession with intent to deliver between 15 and 100 grams of a substance containing methamphetamine.
Alicia Hodge of East Commercial had a charge of possession of the same amount of meth dropped as part of a plea agreement entered earlier.
Hodge was arrested in March 2023.
Hodge will have to complete one year of mandatory supervised release upon release from prison. She was given credit for 74 days already served in the Marion County Jail.
