Salem Police say both occupants of a car declined hospital treatment after it crashed into a street sign on North Broadway at Wells Street.
The northbound car had been traveling in the southbound lane when the crash occurred.
Police say a 16-year-old juvenile female from Salem was driving at the time of the incident at 4:49 Thursday afternoon. There was a 15-year-old male juvenile passenger.
Salem Fire reports both got out of the vehicle on their own.
