The Fayette County Health Department is reporting two new COVID-19 deaths over the weekend. One is reported to be linked to a congregate-care facility.
The Marion County Health Department is reporting 43 new cases of coronavirus for the weekend and Monday.
Of the new cases, none are long term care residents and four are school age. Two cases are homeschooled and the health department is doing contact tracing for the other two students. 16 of the new cases are from community spread and 27 are household or close contacts to confirmed cases.
The department is now reporting 297 active cases, with 16 of them currently hospitalized and four of those on ventilators.
There were 35 others who were released from isolation, making the total number who have recovered 824.
The positive cases include a girl under two, two boys under 12, and a female in her teens up to three females in their 70s. All are on isolation.
The Clinton County Health Department is reporting 48 new cases in the past three days, including 289 on home isolation and ten who are hospitalized.
The Jefferson County Health Department reported 63 new cases over the weekend and Monday. They range in age from four under 13, five teens up to two females in their 80s. Jefferson County currently has 152 active cases.
The Washington County Health Department is reporting 18 new lab-confirmed cases ranging in age from a female from 11 to 15 years old, two older teens, and a male in his 80s. There are currently 37 active cases.
The Fayette County Health Department reported 26 new confirmed cases since Saturday. There are now 91 active cases.
The Wayne County Health Department has two new cases in males in their 30s and 80s. There are currently 99 in isolation and two who are hospitalized.
