State Police say a 35-year-old Evansville, Indiana woman was killed when her car was involved in a crash with a semi on U.S. 50 at the Frontage Road west of Clay City Wednesday afternoon.
Preliminary investigative details indicate Jennifer Joyce Black was traveling westbound on US 50 when for an unknown reason she moved into the westbound lane and struck the on-coming semi driven by 63-year-old Gary Mugrage of Cisne.
State Police say Black died from her injuries. Mugrage is not listed as injured on the State Police crash report.
The crash occurred at 1:20 Wednesday afternoon.
