A 48-year-old Centralia woman has been charged in Marion County Court with felony disorderly conduct after allegedly making a phone threat against a Centralia City Grade School principal.

Stephanie Crossland of Randolph Drive allegedly made the threat in a conversation with Centralia City Grade School Superintendent Craig Clark on September 9th, but the Class 4 felony was not filed in Marion County Court until Thursday.

The court charge states Crossland allegedly told Clark ‘I’m not sure if I won’t snatch the principal by the hair and beat the **** out of her.’ The charge says the comment was made in reference to a staff member at Centralia Junior High.

Court records do not indicate when Crossland is scheduled to make her first appearance on the charge.
