Kaskaskia College swept away their visit to Rend Lake College on Sunday. The men finished with a 75-65 win. Jhei-R Jones led the way with 23, Caleb Jenkins added 14, Emanuel Prospere 12 and Zavian Jackson finished with 10. Woodlawn grad Blake McKay led Rend Lake with 18 and Mt Vernon grad Jackson Creel finished with 9. KC is 16-8 overall and 5-7 in the Region as they host SWIC Wednesday night.
The KC Blue Angles improved to 15-9 overall and 7-3 in the GRAC with their 86-81 win at Rend Lake. Courtney Lumpkins finished with 24 points, Taylor Austin added 16, Staisha Hamilton 15, Mackenzie Russell 12 and Tianna Rhodes 11. The Angels will also host SWIC on Wednesday.
