The Class L State semifinals were held at Rend Lake College last night. Casey Mount Vernon advanced to the state title game with a 39-31 win over Wesclin. They will play Marion in the finals after they nipped Wolf Branch 41-38.
The Class S semifinals will be tomorrow due to the weather. New Hope will play Bartelso followed by TSJ Nashville and Breese All Saints.
In Class M state semifinals, Okawville outlasted Nashville 28-24 in double overtime. Pinckneyville took down Goreville 48-35.
