Christ Our Rock Takes Perfect Record To MTC Semifinals
The Midland Trail Conference Tournament continued last night with consolation semifinals. Grayville beat Woodlawn 71-67 and Wayne City over Red Hill 82-66. Tonight it’s semifinal night at Woodlawn with top-seed and 5th ranked Christ Our Rock taking on Webber Township at 6pm followed by 2nd seed Cisne and Waltonville.
West Frankfort: At West Frankfort last night, Herrin beat Cairo 74-30 and will set up a matchup with Centralia Friday night at 7:30 for the championship.
Benton: At Benton last night, the hosts beat Vandalia 77-50, Pinckneyville over Hamilton County 54-27 and Mounds Meridian over Sesser 82-53.
Okawville: At the Okawville Tournament tonight it’s the consolation semifinals with Okawville and Roxana followed by Carlyle and Highland.
