Team USA trials are officially complete. While Charlie Hunter didn’t end the week receiving the coveted jacket, we are so proud of his hard work and accomplishments this week.
After 30 grueling games, he finished beyond expectations had walking into the Gold Coast bowling alley last Sunday. He may be frustrated at himself, but I guarantee you, he showed up and bowled well, and it was noticed!
The experience he had was hands down, the coolest bowling tournament we have ever participated in, and the lessons learned were many. I can’t wait to do it again in 2024,” says Hunters mom Tiffany in a Facebook post.
Overall finish: 47th place out of 174 (including the pros)
US Ameteur finish: 33rd place out of 149
Youth finish: 17th place, just 7 away from making the team!
