The KC Blue Devils dropped to 9-2 and lost their 2nd straight with an 81-71 loss at home to Shawnee Community College. Terrence Hall had 19 for the Blue Devils. Lyonel Hodges added 12 with Marquel Newsome finishing with 11 and Terrell Galbreath 10. Johnny Anderson led the Saints with 21. KC will play at Lake Land College in Mattoon Saturday afternoon at 3pm.
The Rend Lake Warriors fell to Lake Land 94-81 to fall to 5-3 on the season.
The Lady Warriors improved to 7-7 with a tight 62-61 victory over Lewis & Clark.
