The Franklin Park Bobcats have won 6 straight with an 11-1 win at Vandalia yesterday. Keytin Grawe was the winning pitcher going 4 innings allowing no hits and only 1 unearned run with 11 strikeouts. Jaret Gibson worked the final 3 innings allowing 2 hits and struck out 7.
At the plate, Avery Gullion had a 2-run triple, Scout Puricelli drove in a run along with Landen Maxey who also singled and scored and Evan Barnes who was 2-4 with a triple. Payton Gullion was 2-4 with 2 runs scored and in his first game of the year because of a previous injury, Kyler King singled and scored.
The Bobcats are 10-2 on the season and will host Benton & Flora to Salem for a round robin tournament on Saturday.
Today, the SC Falcons are in action at Altamont, Selmaville plays at Raccoon.
