Aviston ran through the State Senior Legion Baseball Tournament as they beat Moline 4-1 in the championship game. Kyle Athmer was the complete game winner striking out 9. Easton Rakers hit a solo home run. He and Dalton Boruff were named co-MVP’s of the Tournament. Moline advanced to the title game by eliminating Danville 8-5. Both Aviston and Moline will advance to the Region Tournament in Michigan.
