A 51-year-old Centralia man who allegedly showed up under the influence of alcohol to his domestic battery jury trial on Wednesday was found in contempt of court.
The judge ordered Dustin Minor of East Second Street to stay in jail until November 23rd when the trial was rescheduled.
After court and court security officials felt Minor was under the influence, a portable breathalyzer unit allegedly confirmed Minor’s condition.
Minor was scheduled to go on trial for domestic battery for allegedly striking a family member in the face with his hands in May of this year.
