Two people were sent to the Marion County Jail from court on Thursday after they violated pretrial release. 29-year-old Alexander Brown of Maplewood Avenue in Salem was sanctioned to serve 30 days as a result of multiple violations. 64-year-old Gay Walker of North Cherry in Centralia had her pretrial release revoked based on new felony charges in both Marion and Clinton Counties. She will have to remain in jail under her next court hearing on August 27th.
Salem Police arrested 41-year-old Angeleen Williams of North Broadway in Salem for possession of drug paraphernalia and on an outstanding Jefferson County warrant. She was held in the Marion County Jail to await transfer to Jefferson County on the outstanding warrant and was given a notice to appear for the possession of drug paraphernalia. Police arrested Williams when called to investigate a suspicious person at Red Roof Storage.
Salem Police arrested 34-year-old Emily See of Salem for criminal trespass to land. See, who says she is homeless, was later released on a notice to appear in court.
54-year-old Scott Hulvey of Route 161 in Centralia was arrested for driving on a revoked license following a traffic stop. He was later released on a notice to appear in court.
