The Salem Wildcats are preparing for the team 2nd playoff game, something the team hasn’t done since the early 90s. After beating Olney Friday night 26-22, Salem will now travel to #2 seed and undefeated Carterville for a rematch of an earlier season conference matchup that the Lions won 45-0. The teams will kickoff at 1pm on Saturday afternoon.
The Centralia Orphans will play Friday night in their first playoff game and will take on Cahokia Conference foe Civic Memorial.
