It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Andrew Ferguson, a beloved son, brother, uncle, and friend, on Thursday, June 18th, 2026, at the age of 50.

Andrew was born on Thursday, September 4th, 1975, in Centralia, the son of William Ferguson and Dianne (Wright) Ferguson.

Andrew is survived by his father, William Ferguson of Centralia, his sisters Pamela Twenhafel and her husband Doyle of Carlyle, IL, and Christine Ferguson-Frost of Ashley, IL. Also surviving is two nephews, Zachary Twenhafel of Hoffman and Jacob Twenhafel of Colorado Springs, CO.

He was predeceased by his mother, Dianne Ferguson, and cherished grandparents, Wayne and Carol Wright, and Roy and Thelma Ferguson.

Andrew’s kind spirit and big heart left an indelible mark on everyone he met. Known for his love and kindness towards his family, friends, and 4-legged companions, he always spread joy and made people happy with his sense of humor. He deeply appreciated the outdoors, finding peace and happiness in fishing, boating, and embracing the lake life that surrounded him. Andrew cherished the company of his 4-legged companions, Tuco, Otis, Gus, Sammi, Mabry, and Carl, who were always by his side.

A visitation to honor Andrew’s life will be held on Wednesday, June 24th, 2026, at Sutherland-Garnier Funeral Home, Centralia, Illinois, from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm. This will be an opportunity for family and friends to gather, share memories, and celebrate Andrew.
