Two people were injured in a two-vehicle crash at Elm and Rexford in Centralia Saturday night.
Centralia Police say 24-year-old Shakaria Woodley of Fairway Drive in Centralia apparently ran the stop sign while traveling eastbound on Rexford and ran into the passenger side of an SUV driven by 37-year-old Riley King of Bethel Road in Sandoval who was northbound on Elm Street.
Woodley reportedly left the scene of the crash, and a citation is still pending.
King and one of three passengers in Woodley’s SUV, 18-year-old Marshay Watford, were transported to SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital in Centralia for treatment. Two other passengers in Woodley’s SUV, 19-year-old Zykira Marshall and 25 -year-old Zoria Walker, were checked on the scene and declined hospital treatment.
The crash occurred at nine on Saturday night.
