Marion County Treasurer Gary L. Purcell has announced that the 2026 Mobile Home Tax Bills are in the mail.
1,587 Mobile Home Privilege Tax bills are being mailed. That’s down from 1,649 last year. The bills seek to collect $137,400.29. The due date is August 12, 2026.
Payments can be made by mail, at MOST financial institutions in Marion County, or in the drop box on the West side of the Courthouse. If payments are made via online bill pay through your financial institution, please include the Mobile Home Number on your payment stub. Payments to checking/savings accounts and credit/debit cards made at ILmarion.com by clicking the “Pay your bills online” link. The Treasurer’s Office at the Courthouse is open from 8 am to 4 pm Monday-Friday to receive payments.
If you do not receive your bill by the end of next week, call the Treasurer’s Office at 548-3858.
If making payments at the Marion County Courthouse, be prepared for security screening and limited parking during peak times.
