Salem Police arrested 53-year-old Robert Moulder of Edgebrook Lane in Centralia for retail theft at the Salem Walmart store. He was taken to the Marion County Jail and later released on a notice to appear in court.
Salem Police arrested 30-year-old John Phillips of East McMackin in Salem for driving on a suspended license. He was also given a notice to appear in court.
