A 32-year-old Salem man has been charged in Marion County Court with two counts of burglary.
Christopher Budds of West Schwartz is accused of entering two of the Lock and Roll storage units in the 1400 block of South Broadway on December 28th with the intent to commit felony theft.
Salem Police say Budds was identified on video camera.
He was already in the Marion County Jail on other charges when he was arrested on the two burglary counts.
Budds had a public defender appointed to represent him. A preliminary hearing is set for February 3rd.
