Three people remain in custody at the Marion County Jail following Monday arrests.
A 20-year-old Salem resident, K Jay Bumgarner of South Pearl in Salem, has been arrested by Centralia Police for alleged domestic battery.
20-year-old Jacob Miller of South Puryn of Salem was arrested by Salem Police on an outstanding Marion County felony failure to appear warrant.
31-year-old Casey Gizzard of Carbondale was returned by prisoner transport to the Marion County Jail on a no bond Marion County felony failure to appear warrant.
The Salem Fire Protection District was called out Monday night to fight a fire in several logs between the Salem Aquatic Center and the Water Treatment Plant in Bryan Memorial Park. The fire was put out before it could spread to a wooded area. The cause of the blaze has not been determined. Salem Firemen were called back out Tuesday morning to a rekindle of the fire.
