The Keep Salem Beautiful Citywide Cleanup is Saturday morning.
KSB Coordinator Kelli Predium is encouraging everyone to come out.
“We’re going to meet at Shelter #2 which is by the stage. We’ll start registering people at 8:30. Give them all of the supplies to go out to the clean up sites. We’re going to clean up beginning a little after nine after a brief welcome. Everyone will then come back and convene at the shelter for a light lunch, probably a little after 11.”
Predium says the group with the biggest number of people cleaning up will receive the traveling trophy for the competition.
Bryan Memorial Park, the Salem Reservoir area, behind Walmart and along Beer Can Alley on North Hotze Road are areas slated to be cleaned Saturday morning.
