A 37-year-old Iuka man has been sentenced to three years in prison after his probation was revoked on an original conviction for possession of under five grams of methamphetamine.
Alan Snow of Metcalf Road had originally been arrested on the charge in January 2021. The revocation was based on pleading guilty in Washington County Court to another possession of methamphetamine charge.
In addition to the three-year prison term, Snow will have to complete six months of mandatory supervised release. He was given credit for 138 days already served in jail.
As part of the plea, another pending possession of under five grams of methamphetamine charge in Marion County was dropped along with a traffic charge.
